Terms of service
Last updated 1 August 2026
These terms govern use of this website and any proposal, statement of work or order form that references them. A signed statement of work takes precedence where the two differ.
Services
Astria Digital provides Twilio implementation, managed services and optimization. Scope, milestones, gates and fees are defined per engagement in a statement of work. Estimates given before sign-off are indicative, not fixed prices.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to the accounts, systems and decision-makers the work depends on, and you own the lawfulness of the messages sent through your systems — consent, opt-out handling, TCPA, 10DLC and local equivalents. We build the controls; you own the campaigns.
Intellectual property
You own your data, your configuration and any custom work delivered under a paid statement of work. Astria Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, productized solutions and know-how, and grants a perpetual licence to use them as delivered.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the non-public information of the other with the same care it applies to its own, uses it only for the engagement, and returns or deletes it on request.
Warranties and liability
We perform services with professional skill and care. Third-party platforms are provided as-is under their own terms. Except for confidentiality breaches or wilful misconduct, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. You pay for work performed to that date; we hand over documentation, credentials and configuration so the system keeps running.
Governing law
The governing law and venue are stated in the applicable statement of work. Where none is stated, the laws of the State of Maryland, USA apply.
