Privacy policy

Astria Digital builds and operates customer-communication systems on Twilio for our clients. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we handle data inside the systems we deliver.

What we collect

From this site: your name, work email, phone number and message when you ask for a working session, plus standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We use no advertising trackers.

Data inside client systems

When we implement a solution, the personal data flowing through it — caller numbers, message content, call recordings, transcripts — belongs to our client. Astria Digital acts as a processor under the client contract, only on documented instructions, and only for as long as the engagement requires.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, run the engagement, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the security and reliability of what we build. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client conversation data to train models.

Sub-processors

We rely on named infrastructure providers — including Twilio, Amazon Web Services and Anthropic — under data-processing agreements. Each engagement documents the list that applies to it, and clients are notified before it changes.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Delivery data is retained per the client contract and deleted at its end. Access is least-privilege, credentials are rotated, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Where a client controls the data, we forward the request to them and support the response.
